  • I will have your artwork or print packed and sent through Australia Post or UPS in 1-2 business days.​
  •  After placing your order, you will receive an email confirmation containing your order details.
  • Once I have sent your order, you will receive another email with your tracking number.​

packing a painting

  • All paintings are safely wrapped in acid-free tissue paper, bubble wrap and an outer layer of recycled cardboard. 
  • A Certificate of Authenticity, my business card with contact information, an A6 fine art print of one of my artworks and a thank you note in a custom envelope with a custom sticker are provided with all original artworks and Limited Edition Prints.​
  • A red FRAGILE sticker is placed on the parcel.

packing a print or drawing

  • All drawings are sprayed with fixative to prevent the graphite or charcoal from rubbing off.
  • Drawings and prints sized A3 or A3+ are rolled in acid-free tissue paper before being placed into a sturdy mailing tube. Extra bubble wrap or tissue paper is added to each end to fill in any space within the tube to minimise any movement.
  • A red FRAGILE sticker is placed on every mailing tube.
  • Drawings and prints up to A4 are wrapped in acid-free tissue paper and attached to a piece of cardboard or sandwiched between two pieces of cardboard.​
  • It is then inserted into an 'Australia Post Domestic Letter with Tracking' rigid envelope.
  • ​Please note: this new service from AusPost does not include signature-on-delivery. It does include tracking and a lodgement receipt when lodged over the counter.

I want to ensure your original piece of art or fine art print is delivered to you safely and on time. Therefore:
  • All artworks and prints include tracking to give you (and myself) peace of mind.
  • Please let me know if you require signature on delivery. If you are not home, it will be delivered to the closest post office.
  • International shipping: All 16x20in paintings and larger are sent through the best value International Courier Shipping I can find - usually UPS. This is the fastest shipping option to ensure your painting arrives safely and on time. It includes tracking, insurance and signature on delivery. I will provide a quote - usually $100-400 depending on size, weight, insurance and your location. Everything else is sent through Australia Post International Standard or Express shipping.
  • An email will be sent to you with your tracking number once I've sent your artwork.​​
